You can create a section and then link it to an action

Setup

Add a lightbox URL to any link on your site and this link will open a lightbox window with chosen content. Any lightbox URL must start with the #lightbox_ prefix.

As a source of content for a lightbox, you can use:

• Page
  URL format: #lightbox_page-url
  How to find a page URL?
  Note: A lightbox page should not be disabled or password protected!

• Block (Form, Image, Gallery etc.)
  URL format: #lightbox_page-url_block—id
  How to find a block ID?

• Section ID
  URL format: #lightbox_page-url_page-section[data-section-id='1234']
  Note: Use single quotes for the section id [data-section-id='1234']

• External Link
  URL format: #lightbox_https://site.com/

• Video Link (YouTube or Vimeo)
  URL format: #lightbox_https://video.com/1234
